Jazbaa meaning Passion, when I heard its name I started picturing Aishwarya Rai’s thriller movie with the same name and was thinking would it be my food journey that much thrilling ?? Let’s find it out below.
A perfect place to do a party. The place is in front of TDI mall, 5 minutes walking from the metro station.
Ambience: It is spread over 3 floors with a beautiful rooftop seating arrangement. A big bar with good music and good food – What else do you want?
Staff: They were responsive and gave some really good suggestions about the food.
Food: Ordered one Pineapple Orange mix( I believe) Smoothie which was pretty good and had more of the pineapple punch than the orange counterpart.
Chimichanga(Mexican dish) it came with a vegetable wrap, consisting of red and green bellpepper, onion and 1 or 2 other veggies in it, alongside vegetable rice (pulao). Worth trying.
Hare masala Ka Paneer Tikka: This was amazing. The portion size was good plus the chunks were quite big and juice, totally loved it.
Chilli Paneer: Good in terms of flavour with soft and well-marinated chunky paneer.
Vegetable Quesadilla: At first bite, it felt like eating a soft loaf of bread but with another bite, as you will eat the juicy veggies – mainly corn, lettuce and mayo was giving an amazing taste. Served with dip and french fries.
Veg dumplings – They looked interesting but I being too full, couldn’t try it.
Tandoori Potato platter: No idea what the name was but it consisted of Tandoori Potato ( crispy), french fries and baked potatoes. Every component was crispy and lightly salted. A must try for potato lovers.
White sauce Pasta – Was normal in taste but served with two garlic bread as I like garlic bread so more focused on 2 hehe.
Amazing food, good ambience and music. Perfect place to spend time with your friends. I found it little pricey but some of the dishes were having good portions of food. Overall it was a great experience.
