ABB – Andrea’s Bar and Brasserie

While walking in the lanes of Khan Market and deciding where to go and have the lunch we were confused as this place has lots of good option and picking one is hard. Suddenly my friend saw Andreas bar and he got excited and rushed towards the attended to ask if it is the same one in Saket?? They said yes and in no time we were inside the place without giving it a second thought, my friend literally dragged me in.

The place was beautiful with elegant ambience, a combination of blue and White was making it classy. Perfect for any meeting or to oblige someone or to impress your loved one, this would be my first choice in Khan Market.

We started with their summer special Beverage – Summer Black – With the first sip, I was impressed as it was freshly made and took away all the beating of the sun. The drink was refreshing with fresh orange juice and kaffir lime in it.

My friend ordered the Chocolate shake – which was cool up to the right temperature and the consistency was so damn good that with just one sip he starts praising that I told you this place is the best. It was too sweet for me but my friend was enjoying it. The Shake was simple with no fancy stuff but delectable in taste.

So while we were discussing what to order for starters we took the help of the server who explained the dishes and we ordered Avocado Parcels and Tacos with Cottage Cheese.

Avocado parcels were a bomb with asparagus and buttery avocado wrapped in Phyllo pastry. Served with coulis with pepper touch in it and this whole thing making it more luscious. Get it served twice as it was that good.

Tacos Faita Cottage Cheese – The tacos were light and full of flavours, served with guacamole sauce and Salsa. Guacamole sauce was brilliant as we were able to feel the freshness of it. If you like to eat tacos then the dish is not to be missed.

While we were enjoying this our pizza was getting ready which had Italian Burrata, Marinated tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil and olives on the top. The base was crispy and it was a thin crust pizza. The base of the pizza was more of like our Indian naan. Pretty simple pizza but the quantity was enough for 3.

In the main course, I loved the Tofu and Mushroom Krapow – the tofu was so soft and good in taste (I don’t like tofu generally) with fried vegetables in it. It was pairing well with jasmine rice though it was good I believe they can improve the quality of Jasmine rice a little more and this dish would be a show stopper.

Potato Rosti Zurichoise – We were unable to understand the dish by its name but server explained us and we tried it. Though the dish was different but with the first bite we were looking to each other and said it is like a Tikki. It was served with asparagus and broccoli which we clearly kept aside and had that potato Rosti.

Now we were full till brim but there is always space for some desserts and what’s better than a New York Cheesecake? One of the best Cheesecakes I had this year. It was their in-house preparation and they nailed it. I can come here again and again just to have it that good it was, whereas my friend enjoyed its Gelato topped with chocolate syrup.

The place is amazing which offers fine dining on the first floor and 2nd floor was more of a casual type. Perfect to go on a date or to greet someone. The service is top notch and they know the dishes pretty well. Though the place looks small it has everything to impress you.
